Land For Sale
We have land for sale in the Namuang and Ban Taling Ngam areas of Koh Samui as well as on the Island of Koh Phangan.
Prices start from 2 million bht per rai (approximately 27,400 GBP) with Nor sor sam and Chanot titles. Land affords terrific sea and mountain views.
There is prime beach land in the areas of Maenam, Bophut, Chaweng and Lamai which can cost up to five times that of a standard plot in the mountain areas.
Lamai hillside land can cost 2-4 million bht per rai depending on location. You can get better deals but you may have to sort out access and infrastructure, which will cost you. Beach land can cost upwards of 6 million bht.
Land in Chaweng is 3-6 million bht per rai, depending again on location, with land in close proximity to the beach 10 million bht. Bo Phut, the sleepy fishing village, is highly sought after and prices can vary more there.
